According to recent studies, artificial intelligence could increase the global GDP by $15.7 trillion by 2030. AI is a tool that everyone is familiar with, but what many people don’t know is how much AI is transforming our world. Artificial intelligence has significantly shaped our lives by revolutionizing various industries, such as manufacturing and retail, enhancing the way we communicate, and much more.

As time goes on, AI is making an increasingly positive impact on manufacturing industries by creating efficiency. AI has gone one step further than everyday machines by working with humans in a way that allows them to work to their best abilities. One example is a new invention called cobots. Cobots are similar to robots, however they are cheaper, easier to work, and more effective. They are not a safety hazard and can be left unmonitored. Cobots can work alongside humans and assist in completing tasks with the use of specialized technology.

Additionally, AI is changing the way we communicate in ways we never anticipated. From using Face ID to unlock your phone to different social media apps, it’s all possible with the utilization of AI. Virtual assistants, such as Alexa or Siri, are becoming increasingly prevalent in today’s age as well. These technologies allow us to multitask and be more productive throughout our day. Tools like voice commands make technology more interactive and accessible to a larger population. Virtual assistants can also be a quick way to find out information. If you ask them a question, they can do a short scan of the web and provide you with the best information.

Finally, what will AI look like in the future? While AI provides numerous benefits to increase efficiency and convenience, AI has some serious negatives too. For example, AI can be a threat to human jobs. AI is artificial intelligence, meaning that it can outperform humans. Computers have the ability to exceed human capacity when it comes to tasks that require logical reasoning or problem-solving. AI can be very resourceful, but we must be careful and ensure that we use it responsibly.
